Ainda sem prazo para julgamento, o delegado da Polícia Civil Rafael Gomes e outros presos na operação 'Transformers' aguardam pela sentença em liberdade. O grupo foi preso outubro de 2023 por suspeita de participação em uma quadrilha envolvida com o tráfico de drogas em Juiz de Fora.

As investigações indicam que a organização tenha movimentado R$ 1 bilhão no esquema.
Na última quarta-feira (12), Rafael Gomes conseguiu no Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) um novo habeas corpus que o mantém em liberdade. Até então, ele estava solto por medida liminar proferida pelo desembargador Otávio de Almeida Toledo.
Além dele, Thiago Nazario Machado também teve parecer favorável ao habeas corpus no STJ. Os dois tiveram passagem pela Casa de Custódia da Polícia Civil, em Belo Horizonte, mas, com a liminar, estavam soltos desde agosto de 2024.
“Essa decisão do STJ, pedida pelo advogado Gustavo Badaró, veio confirmar a decisão de uma liminar que foi preferida no ano passado e manteve ele e toda a equipe solta”, informou o advogado Luiz Eduardo Lima.
Segundo a decisão da Sexta Turma, eles continuarão cumprindo medidas cautelares, entre elas: não se ausentar da comarca, recolher-se em casa das 22h às 6h, não manter contato com os demais investigados ou testemunhas, e permanecer afastados do exercício de funções públicas.
A decisão favorável a Rafael se aplica a outros dois réus, e a de Thiago a outros dois também. O Tribunal de Justiça de Minas Gerais confirmou que todos os acusados estão em liberdade. Ainda conforme o TJ, a ação penal se encontra conclusa para julgamento, com autos enviados ao juiz.
Relembre a operação
A operação 'Transformers', realizada pelo Ministério Público, por meio do Grupo Especial e Combate ao Crime Organizado (Gaeco), teve 29 pessoas presas – incluindo o delegado Rafael Gomes e seis investigadores da Polícia Civil.
As prisões aconteceram em Juiz de Fora, Esmeraldas, Poços de Caldas e Botelhos.

Em Juiz de Fora, houve mandados nos bairros Ipiranga, Náutico, Previdenciários, Santa Efigênia, Costa Carvalho, Jóquei Clube, Democrata, Bairu, Progresso, Vale Verde, Fontesville, Parque das Águas, Jardim Gaúcho, Centenário, Bairro de Lourdes, Bairro Industrial, Bandeirantes, Linhares, Santos Dumont, São Mateus, Alphaville, Marilândia, Cascatinha, Recanto dos Lagos, Bom Pastor, Benfica e Furtado de Menezes.

Quem é o delegado de narcóticos suspeito de integrar quadrilha de tráfico de drogas que pode ter movimentado até R$ 1 bilhão
Encerrada audiência do delegado Rafael Gomes e outros presos na Operação ‘Transformers’, em Juiz de Fora
Rafael e a equipe recebiam, segundo o processo, pagamentos frequentes, aparentemente de R$ 30 mil. Ligações telefônicas também revelam um pagamento em torno de R$ 500 mil para que a investigação não associasse o chefe do grupo ao tráfico de drogas e para que os entorpecentes apreendidos fossem liberados.
As investigações, que duraram aproximadamente 2 anos, mostraram que a organização criminosa é estruturada em diversos núcleos, entre os quais estão os setores responsáveis pela:
logística, que envolve o fornecimento de veículos para o transporte e pagamentos de cargas de drogas;
setor financeiro, que cuida da parte gerencial da atividade econômica, notadamente do tráfico de drogas e da lavagem de dinheiro;
setor de corrupção, responsável por proteção dos negócios ilícitos com informações privilegiadas de atividades policiais e demais condutas para evitar a responsabilização de integrantes da organização;
núcleo de liderança, que coordena e controla as atividades.

Nelson Jose Ponzoni, de 77 anos, e Vivien Neide Barbosa Bonafer Ponzoni de 74 anos, eram casados e moravam em São Paulo (SP). Nelson era piloto e muito conhecido no ramo da aviação e Vivien era psicóloga e professora. Os dois tinham uma casa de veraneio próximo ao clube de voo em Quadra, e eram muito queridos pelos moradores.
Relembre o acidente
Um avião de pequeno porte caiu em um canavial e matou duas pessoas na manhã deste sábado (15), em Quadra (SP). Segundo informações das equipes de resgate, as vítimas são um casal de São Paulo. A identidade não foi divulgada.
De acordo com a Defesa Civil, a aeronave particular que decolou do Clube de Voo Aeroquadra (SIVQ), que fica na Estrada Municipal Zulmira Coelho Miranda de Oliveira, s/n no bairro Guarapó, para realizar um voo pela região e pousar no mesmo local de partida.
Imagens feitas logo após a queda mostram o incêndio no canavial, com muita fumaça, e os bombeiros entre os destroços ainda em chamas. Assista ao vídeo no topo da reportagem.
Ainda conforme os socorristas, o piloto tentava fazer um pouso de emergência quando houve o acidente.

O Centro de Investigação e Prevenção de Acidentes Aeronáuticos (Cenipa) informou que investigadores do Quarto Serviço Regional de Investigação e Prevenção de Acidentes Aeronáuticos (SERIPA IV) foram acionados para realizar a ação inicial da ocorrência envolvendo a aeronave em Quadra (SP).
Segundo o órgão, durante a ação inicial, são aplicadas técnicas específicas por profissionais qualificados e credenciados, responsáveis pela coleta e confirmação de dados, preservação dos elementos, verificação inicial dos danos causados à aeronave ou pela aeronave, e pelo levantamento de outras informações necessárias à investigação.

CS is the most useless degree but great knowledge. Nobody is interested if you have that degree but everyone is interested if you can solve the engineering tasks.
Focus on knowledge and skill, not the degree. You don't need a university for it. The only case when a degree is useful is to convince bureucrats in some rare situations.
