That image was taken with the Lumix S9 + Sigma 14-24mm F2.8, and edited in DxO PhotoLab 6.
I am several years behind in my version of PhotoLab, I think the current version is 8 and there's a new one due soon. No need to subscribe either. Pay once.
What is great about DxO is the software downloads whatever lens and camera modules as required. You don't need to buy a new update just to use your new camera.
The interface is nice enough. Simple and effective.

It’s FREEZING cold today.

O texto se direciona à contratação, por parte do poder público municipal, de forma direta ou indireta, de shows, artistas e eventos abertos ao público infantojuvenil que contenham expressão de apologia ao crime organizado ou ao uso de drogas.

Em entrevista a Oeste, Duarte contou que a ideia surgiu espelhando a iniciativa da vereadora paulistana Amanda Vettorazzo (União Brasil-SP). Eles foram colegas no Movimento Brasil Livre (MBL). No final de janeiro, ela apresentou projeto neste sentido, que tramita na Câmara Municipal paulistana.
"É uma proposta alinhada aos valores que defendo, no sentido de que preserva o melhor interesse da criança disposto no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA)", afirma o vereador do https://revistaoeste.com/tag/rio-de-janeiro/
. "Também impede o uso do dinheiro do contribuinte para financiar shows que façam apologia ao crime."
Este tipo de legislação, segundo ele, se encaixa às atuais necessidades da cidade, considerada a mais bonita do país, mas também conhecida pelos altos índices de violência.
"Não por acaso, para o Rio, o projeto faz todo o sentido, uma vez que este é um município com forte atuação de facções criminosas, que atuam bastante no aliciamento de menores. Assim, o interesse e relevância do projeto estão mais do que claros."
Na tramitação do projeto, antes de ser votado, alguns vereadores, como Flávio Valle (PSD), buscarão definir o limiar entre liberdade de expressão e a apologia ao crime.
"O texto tem que estar muito bem escrito para não abrir brechas que o enfraqueçam, a música é um instrumento de cultura para criticar certos comportamentos da sociedade, há uma linha tênue entre o que é crítica e o que é apologia", alerta Valle, que se coloca como favorável ao projeto.
"Vai ter meu total apoio, mas o texto precisa ser forte e pragmático, para não ser um PL de censura, uma gama de cantores usa a música como arte", ressalta o vereador. "Precisamos também amarrar bem quem vai fiscalizar, como a lei será implementada, não adianta fazer uma lei inconstitucional que o Executivo não consiga executar, meu papel na discussão vai ser ajudar os vereadores a redigirem um texto que seja o mais aplicável e eficiente possível."
Para Duarte, o contexto do país acabou fazendo reverberar a pauta da Lei anti-Oruam, rapper acusado de ter feito apologia ao crime.

"O Brasil vive uma crise de segurança pública há décadas", destaca. "A gente vê, a toda hora, notícias de menores sendo vítimas e até algozes do crime."
No dia 11, Oruam negou, pelo X, fazer apologia ao crime e considerou que a iniciativa é uma tentativa de criminalizar o funk, o rap e o trap (subgênero do rap).
Duarte afirma que a ação não criminaliza o funk, visto por ele como um estilo musical disseminado em quase todas as classes sociais do Rio de Janeiro.
"Já faz parte da cultura dos cariocas, seja daqueles que moram na comunidade do Salgueiro seja daqueles que moram na Zona Sul do Rio", destaca Duarte. "Também é errado pensar que toda música de funk faz apologia ao crime. "
Projeto federal de combate à apologia ao crime
A preocupação do vereador, segundo ele, não é combater qualquer tipo de estilo musical.
"O objetivo é impedir que dinheiro de impostos seja usado para eventos de artistas que apoiem criminosos, facções ou qualquer manifestação exaltando esse tipo de prática, seja rap, funk ou qualquer outro estilo musical."

Duarte contou que o projeto começar a tramitar pelas comissões em menos de duas semanas. Cada comissão terá 15 dias para dar seu parecer, antes de ir a plenário.
"Vamos, por um lado, parar de gastar dinheiro do cidadão com práticas que incentivem atividades criminosas; e, pelo outro, daremos um melhor uso a esse recurso público."
Ele acrescenta que há ainda a expectativa de que, com a lei, seja reduzido o poder de influência de grupos criminosos para aliciar menores.

"Mas só de não haver dinheiro público financiando esse tipo de comportamento já será uma grande vitória."
Também membro do MBL, o deputado federal Kim Kataguiri (União Brasil-SP) apresentou projeto, em âmbito nacional, que está sendo apreciado nas comissões da Câmara dos Deputados. Duarte, no entanto, ressalta que a lei federal não será determinante para a ação nos municípios.
"Os municípios têm autonomia para decidir isso, prefeitura a prefeitura", observa ele. "Isso não impede que seja feita uma iniciativa com o mesmo teor, em abrangência nacional. Torço para que seja aprovado logo."
