Cosplaybot
There was a bug on cosplaybot that could result in the bot posting images more than once. Even though this bug has already been fixed, the images that were posted during the last couple of weeks will be posted one more time at some point across the next... 4-5 years, i guess.
Cosplay photo library
Work on V3 of the library is still ongoing; over half of the major cosplayer overhauls are ready, but another 400 GB of images have been added to the deduplication queue, so the overall progress of the next updates hasn't changed much.
Future updates:
If nothing goes wrong, the next update should be the first part of V3 (it will take a while); this would be a test to see if it can get a propagation similar to V2 in order to ensure its viability before committing to it.

Honestly I don't care that dudes wanna make some money on their work, but how can anyone live like they do? My original post was written to determine if other blind users noticed anything else that I should mention. That said, I think I found all of the problems, and they are few and far between. I will send an e-mail and post, respectively, either tonight or tomorrow. I am very excited about this, because I don't think it will take much to resolve these problems. I also wish to thank you for allowing me to join this wonderful instance. I really love it here and am very happy. It's peaceful, and I don't get headaches, either from frustration with the software or from various posts. One thing I am concerned about, though, is that, once the changes are implemented, if you choose to update this instance, it will be offline for a little while. I don't want to inconvenience my fellow blob.cat users, but I know this will be very helpful in the longrun.
