For my daily breathing practice, the Wim Hof App is a really nice way to track your progress and retention time. However, sometimes I just wanna let go, not having to press any button, and be completely guided.
The 'Breathing Central' channel on YouTube has gotten better and better and offers really nice programs that fit everyone's preferences.
For a quick session and for beginners, I like this one in particular, 4 rounds. It's also what my wife and I practice together.

problem 2: segs-paste eats 16GB ram with ease, and no matter how many frames it is, script crashes

Posebni oddelek Specializiranega državnega tožilstva (SDT), ki je pristojen za preiskavo in pregon sumov kaznivih dejanj policistov, je lani prejel 512 ovadb, kar je več kot kadarkoli pred tem, rešili pa so jih 517. Lani je bilo obtoženih 31 oseb, obsojenih pa 21, večina policistov, med drugim izhaja iz letnega poročila posebnega oddelka SDT.
