O g1 solicitou uma nota à Polícia Civil e também solicitou o nome da servidora ao MP, mas não obteve retorno.
Afastamento
O afastamento foi concedido em caráter liminar, no âmbito de uma Ação Civil Pública por improbidade administrativa. Segundo a denúncia, a servidora exigia pagamentos irregulares dos cidadãos que buscavam emitir o documento e, assim, se enriquecia ilicitamente.
A investigação aponta que a funcionária adotava estratégias para ocultar a cobrança ilegal, como se recusar a fornecer recibos e exigir que os valores fossem pagos exclusivamente em dinheiro. O MPMG destacou que a conduta representava uma grave violação dos princípios da legalidade e da moralidade, previstos na Constituição Federal.
Diante dos indícios de irregularidade, o Tribunal de Justiça de Minas Gerais deferiu a tutela de urgência solicitada pelo MPMG, afastando a servidora de suas funções na delegacia.
O caso segue em investigação.
