There is nothing different between "Plus" and the version on the switch except that all the DLC side stories are included. The REAL benefit of "Plus" is having it on PC so you can get this absolutely gorgeous game at a reasonable FPS and a reasonable resolution. "Plus" did not rework the main game at all.
