I did on my knees in the beginning. Not only my wrists, also my elbows.
Now I can feel how pushups even helps with my lower back and stomach. It is really a basic exercise that are often overlooked.
When I was young I stopped doing pushups because I thought I didn't need to. I was chocked as to how weak I had become and surprised at how great of a basic exercise pushups are.
I would call it the king of basics. Next might be squats. I plan to ad those as a regular.

Si bien desde 2024 es mánager de Alianza Lima, Franco Navarro tiene una larga trayectoria en el fútbol tanto en su rol de jugador y también de entrenador. Como futbolista vistió camisetas pesadas en Perú como las de Alianza Lima y Sporting Cristal, en Argentina pasó por Independiente y Unión, además supo jugar bastante en la Selección de Perú, de hecho, disputó el Mundial 82 y las Copa América de 1983, 1987 y 1989.
