Нередко когда я медитирую я внутри обнаруживаю, что скрючился как-то и выпрямляюсь. Причем эти изгибы внутреннего пространства напрямую связаны с переживаниями, которые остались во мне не пережитыми, я как бы часть внутреннего мира окуклил и оттуда был вытеснен. В итоге сам процесс "выпрямления" ощущается чисто физически...и в теле и "внутри", но сопряжен с интенсивным переживанием того, что не пережито или обдумыванием если я увлекусь всплывшим. Но зато потом мне сильно легче жить.
