I also really want to start playing with LabVIEW with a raspberry pi pico and some basic sensors (I have a handful), but I looked into LabVIEW for raspberry pi and the stuff out there only runs on Windows, which means I need to set up a VM or similar, and should I have asked IT for a Windows machine I could add a Linux partition to? No, I want to use Windows as little as possible, so having a main setup in Linux makes more sense. But then I really do need to figure out Wine on my mac and whether it's a VM or an emulator or something else that I want to run on Linux -- I never really figured out the difference between them...
