Es zeigt sich an den Linken, was es ausmacht auch andere ebenso wichtige Themen wie günstigen Wohnraum anzusprechen.

2月24日消息，摩根士丹利（以下简称“大摩”）发布的最新研究报告显示，其将阿里巴巴的目标价从100美元上调至180美元，并将其评级从 “与大市同步” 提升至 “增持”。
该机构特别提到，此前低估了阿里巴巴，特别是人工智能驱动的云计算需求激增以及阿里核心电商业务的韧性。预计在2026至2028财年，阿里巴巴约3000亿元的资本开支将大大增强其在云计算市场的竞争力，云业务收入有望在三年内翻倍，即从2025财年的1180亿元，增长至2028财年的2400亿元。
阿里上周发布的2025财年第三季度财报显示，其实现营收2801.5亿元，同比增长8%；净利润同比激增333%至464.34亿元。其中，云业务表现亮眼，实现营收317.42亿元，同比增长13%，相比上一季度7%的增速接近翻倍，AI相关产品收入已连续六个季度保持三位数增长。
基于对阿里云增长前景的乐观预期，以及对电商业务韧性的重新评估，大摩认为在最高情况下，阿里云的估值为每100美元。
大摩调高阿里评级之时，阿里巴巴集团CEO吴泳铭也在今日宣布了AI巨额投资的目标数字——未来三年，阿里将投入超过3800亿元用于建设云和AI硬件基础设施，总额超过过去十年总和。该数字创下中国民营企业在云和AI硬件基础设施建设领域有史以来最大规模投资纪录。
当前，众多科技巨头都在加码AI基建投资。据媒体报道，Meta 2025年计划的资本支出在1000亿美元至1190亿美元之间，其中AI驱动下的投资大幅增加，包括对AI基础设施的投入。
此外，微软在2025财年计划斥资800亿美元用于AI数据中心，亚马逊2025年的资本支出也预计超过1000亿美元，其中包含对AI基建的投资。谷歌母公司Alphabet预计2025财年的资本支出将达到750亿美元，主要受到对技术基础设施的投资推动。
而在国内，有报道称，2025年腾讯计划投资150亿美元用于AI基础设施，包括专用AI芯片、服务器和数据中心等。字节跳动今年的资本开支则有望达到1600亿元，其中约900亿元将用于AI算力的采购。这也表明，AI基建投资俨然成为大公司在AI领域竞争的核心要素。
阿里上述投资计划公布后，其港股股价直线拉升，但随后有所回落，截至发稿报135.100港元/股，跌2.45%，年初至今涨幅接近70%。

作为中国零售行业的标杆企业，永辉超市曾以‘民生超市、百姓永辉’的口号深入人心。然而，近年来这家曾经的‘生鲜之王’却陷入了连续亏损的困境。2024年年度业绩预亏公告显示，永辉超市预计亏损14亿元，此前公司股价也一度陷入低迷。
2024年永辉超市与胖东来合作对部分门店进行了调改，调改后的门店业绩显著提升，但公司仍然面临诸多挑战，未来这家零售巨头又能否在激烈的市场竞争中重拾辉煌？
2024年闭店超200家
永辉超市成立于2001年，总部位于福建福州，是中国首批将生鲜农产品引入现代超市的企业之一。2010年，永辉在A股上市，凭借‘农超对接’模式和生鲜特色经营，迅速成为行业龙头。
然而，永辉的扩张并非一帆风顺。2017年，永辉推出‘超级物种’等新零售业态，但因运营成本高、竞争激烈而收缩。2019年，社区小店Mini店的尝试也未能达到预期。近年来，永辉关闭了数百家门店，开启了转型之路。
截至2025年2月19日，永辉在全国29个省份拥有776家门店，覆盖生鲜、食品、日用品等全品类零售业务。

从业绩表现来看，2016年到2019年永辉超市的营收增速保持在15%以上，2020年营收增速虽有下降，但较上年同比仍增长9.81%。然而，2021年社区团购的兴起对永辉造成了较大冲击，公司也首次出现半年亏损10.83亿元。随后，永辉超市的业绩持续低迷，2023年公司营收虽保持行业前三，但净利润已连续三年亏损。

近期，永辉超市发布2024年年度业绩预亏公告，公司预计2024年归属于上市公司股东的净利润亏损14亿元，预计2024年归属于上市公司股东扣除非经常损益后的净利润亏损22.1亿元。

公司表示，2024年的经营情况相比2023年并未明显改善，一方面受制于零售行业的整体挑战导致公司整体客流和客单持续承压，但更重要是因为公司在2024年下半年开始主动进行的战略和经营模式转型带来的前期阵痛。截至2024年底公司共完成了31家门店的调改，虽然调改门店迅速大幅提升客流和销售额，但全新的经营模式在前期需要大量的人力物力投入（包括长时间关店改造）以及足够时间的能力迭代；调改同时公司也快速关闭了尾部门店；以上几个因素导致业绩下滑。
股价方面，2018年永辉市值一度突破1000亿元，2021年之后由于业绩下滑，公司股价不断下跌，2024年4月股价一度跌至2.08元/股。2024下半年以来，随着门店调改的推进，股价出现明显回升。截至2025年2月21日收盘，永辉超市报收5.28元/股，总市值为479亿元。
“调改”初见成效，财务压力需关注
为了扭转业绩颓势，，2024年永辉超市与胖东来合作，对部分门店进行改造，引入高体验、高溢价的商品结构和服务理念，调改后的门店业绩显著提升。例如郑州信万广场店日均销售额达153万元，调改首日销售额增长13.9倍。自主调改的北京石景山喜隆多店，首日支付客流约1.4万人次，超5万人进入超市，单日销售总额达到170万元，超过调改前日均销售的6倍。根据官网信息，永辉超市未来将对更多门店进行调改，以下为2025年春节后全国首批跳该门店清单：

此外，永辉超市还试点24小时配送服务，挖掘夜间经济需求，推动‘门店即仓’的即时零售模式。
尽管转型举措初见成效，但永辉超市仍面临多重挑战。首先，财务压力较大，转型又需要投入大量资金。财务数据显示，近几年永辉超市的货币资金持续减少，截至2024年三季末，公司的货币资金为38.46亿元。从现金流来看，截至2024年三季末，公司的现金及现金等价物持续净流出。
其次，行业竞争日益激烈。社区团购、前置仓及即时零售的兴起，削弱了永辉的生鲜优势。永辉需要通过24小时配送等差异化服务应对竞争，但这无疑增加了运营成本。
此外，供应链与品质问题也亟待解决，生鲜品质需对标山姆等国际品牌，供应链效率仍需优化。
永辉超市正处在转型的关键节点。尽管门店调改和24小时配送服务为其注入了新的活力，但财务压力、行业竞争和供应链挑战仍是其必须面对的难题。未来，永辉能否平衡短期成本与长期收益，深化供应链能力，并扩大调改成效，将决定其能否在激烈的市场竞争中重拾辉煌。
