Yeah! That's the move! I was always looking for a reason to do it, but nothing ever excited me enough to warrant it. Plus, I didn't do great the few times I practiced. I almost broke my ankle once because I left my heels together for too long and rolled it when I came down. Maybe that's why people stopped doing it. Too many broken ankles. 🤔

啊这，好像也不是完全没有道理
但是，按最低缴纳基数来说，一个月交几百近千。能够缴满期限。按在职员工待遇退休。其实真的挺好的
你不交，企业承担的社保部分也不会给到你身上。
你交了，对你以后是个相对不错的保障。
社保再怎么没钱，都有财政兜底。
而且我总感觉，这批外卖员将来膝盖问题会成为普遍性的问题

自宅仕事用の椅子を更新（中古屋で送料込み2万ちょい）して思ったんですがね、部屋が狭くなるというデメリットに目をつぶっても肘掛けはあったほうがいいですわ。キーボード叩いたりペン握ったりするときに肩周りに変な力がかからなくなる効果ってのはでっかいです。
で。可能なら肘掛けそのものの高さも調整出来る方がよいです。結構疲れ方が違う。
