(PGR) denunciou seis oficiais do Exército por uma reunião em novembro de 2022. O argumento é de que o teor do encontro era a pressão por um suposto golpe de Estado.
Foram denunciados pela PGR por participação na reunião o general Nilton Diniz, o tenente-coronel Mauro Cid e os coronéis Correa Neto, Cleverson Magalhães, Fabrício Bastos e Márcio Nunes Junior.
O tenente-coronel Mauro Cid nega a versão da PGR. Ele afirmou, em depoimento ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), que o encontro não foi para conspirar sobre nada.

"Eu gostaria de caracterizar essa reunião como conversa de bar", disse o ex-ajudante de ordens do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro. "Bate-papo de bar. Ninguém apresentou documento, ninguém sentou para organizar."
O encontro ocorreu no salão de festas do prédio do coronel Márcio Nunes em Brasília. Segundo Cid, era uma confraternização entre militares que serviram juntos.

A PGR, no entanto, interpreta o evento como parte de um suposto plano golpista. A Procuradoria aponta mensagens em que o coronel Bernardo Correa Neto sugeria "influenciar nossos chefes".
Indícios apontados pela PGR
A primeira evidência citada é a circulação de uma carta entre militares pressionando o comando do Exército. A segunda são mensagens de WhatsApp listando "ideias-força".
Entre essas ideias, estaria a falta de coesão dentro do Exército, o alerta aos Comandos Militares de Áreas sobre a "realidade", criação de um gabinete de crise e conversas com os presidentes do Legislativo e do Judiciário.

A PGR denuncia que o grupo tentava fortalecer laços entre Bolsonaro e o comandante do Exército, general Freire Gomes.
Defesa nega intenção golpista
Cid e outros oficiais reafirmaram que a conversa foi informal e sem planejamento de pressão. Sobre a carta, o tenente-coronel disse que os colegas comentaram sobre o assunto como um "tiro no pé".
"Quem assinasse seria punido e ia acabar não tendo muita relevância [na carreira], porque o militar não pode assinar abaixo-assinado", afirmou Cid em depoimento.

Já o coronel Correa Neto disse, segundo termo de depoimento, que na reunião "foi conversado [sobre] o momento pessoal de cada um e sobre o cenário político".
O coronel Cleverson também afirmou à PF que tratou o encontro como uma "confraternização de final de ano extremamente informal". Ele disse ainda que foi contra a carta que pressionava o general Freire Gomes.
PF pede revisão da delação de Cid
A divergência entre provas e depoimentos levou a PF a pedir ao STF que avalie a rescisão do acordo de delação de Cid.

The deterioration in the #handwriting of pupils leaving the public #schools was commented on by Mr. J. Morrison, of Christchurch, at to-day’s session of the Accountants’ Convention. “Some of the specimens of handwriting we receive nowadays from applicants for positions,” he said, “are pitiable—almost enough to make one weep tears.” Mr. Morrison recalled that in his youth conditions in teaching handwriting in the schools were very different from what they were to-day. In those days the child was taught how to sit and how to hold the pen and woe betide the youth who happened to be caught sitting in a wrong attitude. “I am very sorry indeed,” he remarked, “that good handwriting has become practically a lost art to-day.”
