【被滥用的类固醇：肌肉崇拜下的身体赌局】针头垂直扎进肌肉三指宽，当第一滴淡黄色油状物从针头溢出时，张志有手抖了一下，细长的针管斜着抵向肌肉束。注射完，酸胀感让张志有的胳膊不受控地抽搐，一阵疼痛中，他期待着一个星期后，肱二头肌的围度大一点，两个星期后，臀大肌的线条再明显点。注射进张志有体内的是群勃龙，一种合成代谢类固醇，化学名为去甲雄三烯醇酮。《2024年兴奋剂目录公告》明确将合成代谢类固醇列入S 1蛋白同化制剂类别，禁止运动员在赛场内外使用。
除了群勃龙，他还用过多种口服型类固醇。形色各异的药片，一边通过血液不断游走到肌肉里，带来力量喷涌的感觉，一边侵蚀着包括肝脏、心脏在内的多个器官。这些药长期使用可能造成肝损伤、心脏疾病、激素系统失衡甚至死亡，但一些健身人群却把它们当成“强行催肥肌肉的猛药”。
使用者们都有类似的画像：按医学上的标准来说，他们不胖也不瘦，但他们有另外的标准，来源于社会和文化塑造的一种“肌肉审美”，不断地寻找雄性激素能填补的肌肉缝隙。
滥用类固醇导致的悲剧时有发生。据报道，2022年，一位25岁的男性健身教练连续3年注射合成类固醇（群勃龙+氧雄龙），突发急性肝衰竭合并肾损伤，抢救后需终身透析。2023年，一位32岁的女性在非法医美机构注射含类固醇针，引发基底动脉血栓，遗留左侧肢体偏瘫。
但这些都没有阻挡健美圈和健身爱好者们对类固醇的滥用。
2月8日，记者匿名进入了一个名为“科技健身”的群。在群里，来自不同地区的健身爱好者，不间断分享使用类固醇的建议，“口服的没有针剂好，既然都用了科技，不如扎针”“屁股肉厚，适合新手”。
记者先后和群内6位有类固醇用药史的健身爱好者建立了联系，其中最小的18岁，最大的36岁，他们都是在社交平台上购买药剂。方法很简单，在社交平台搜索“合成代谢”“科技健身”后，从推荐页中选中一位博主，添加微信购药，付款后药品就会快递到家。
“副业能做很多，教人打药无疑是最赚钱的。”为了支撑药物高额的花费，王松也化身健身博主，在网上卖起了药。他的上线叫老周，他们没见过面，只在线上交易。
王松拉客户给老周，老周提成给他，一期2500元左右的“基础C”，王松能拿到400元的提成。越贵的药提成比例越高，像万元的用药循环单，提成接近3000元。
王松心里清楚，打着“增肌神药”的幌子售卖类固醇不合规，但类固醇不像毒品管控得那么严，他觉得这算是擦边球，不容易翻车。
比“职业卡”更先到来的，是副作用。2019年，注射群勃龙两年后，张志有觉察到身体出现一些异样：头发越掉越多，头上、背上、脸上，大大小小的脓包有二三十个。
有天夜里，张志有从一阵背部刺痛中醒来，快步走到镜子前，发现背上的脓包破了，黄色的脓液顺着背流到后腰，“像寄生虫的卵附着在身上。”那段时间，他变得焦虑，常把自己关在家里，不说话、不见人，一待就是五六天。
注射群勃龙的第二年开始，小丽的剂量越用越大，但肌肉增长的速度却越来越慢。她把被类固醇侵蚀的身体比喻成一台精密的拆解机器。肝脏这个部件最先亮起红灯，然后是被雄激素侵蚀成砂纸质地的声带，接着面容生长出男性轮廓。
小丽在社交平台上有近10万粉丝，几乎每天都有人私信她，问她如何训练、如何“上科技”。现在，对于这样的问题，她一律回答对方，非专业选手没必要使用类固醇。

The program requires several variables:
1. radius of outer circle
2. radius of inner circle
3. number of cycles (they can calculate this by reducing the fraction, so it's not really a "new" variable)
4. Distance of pen from edge of the small circle
#4 doesn't change the symmetry of the design, but it can make the shape vary wildly. And the way it does this changes depending on the ration of the outer circle to the inner circle.
They wanted to get to the bottom of it! I didn't expect that. 2/
