• Fedora has GNOME Software w/both Fedora Flatpaks and Flathub
• elementary OS has AppCenter w/both AppCenter and Flathub
• Steam Deck desktop mode has KDE Discover w/Flathub
Under the hood Flatpak is still enforcing things, but what apps are allowed in each remote is up to that remote, and app store clients are in charge of *how to communicate* things like permissions to the user.

There's a difference volunteering for a CIC and a Council (that you *have* to pay for out of taxes!)

Interesting, I hope there's a huge backlash over this (and I suspect there will be).
Steam has a rule saying you have to disclose if you use generative AI to create assets in games. The Call of Duty page has been updated by the publisher to include this tag.
People have suspected it for a few months, as loading screens started to have artwork where characters had multiple fingers etc, and map assets started to look weird.
