내 프로젝트들이 오픈소스가 된 이유 중 하나:
내 프로젝트에 영감을 준 곳들은 일반적으로 프로젝트를 할 때 처음엔 몇천만원의 예산을 책정해둠.
속전속결로 끝내고 싶은 마음에 교수 출신, 해외파 출신, 박사 출신 이런 사람들 뽑고 문제를 해결하려고 예산도 아낌없이 썼지만 인건비만 나가고 해결하지 못하고 나감.
그러다보면 예산이 딱 1명분의 1회분 월급인 300만원 전후 밖에 안남게됨. 그 예산 안에서 처음부터 연구해서 문제를 해결해야 함.
이미 몇천만원은 써버린 뒤고 300만원 전후로 문제를 해결하려면 방법은 두가지임.
포기선언을 하거나 오픈소스 체제로 가거나.
그 와중에 마침 내가 관심가져오던 연구분야와 겹치게 되었고, 내 프로젝트들도 오픈소스로 세상에 나오게 됨.

Duas horas muito bem passadas esta noite na Culturgest. Com o habitual direitolas no público que pergunta "Mas então e o Estaline??" e a senhora que tem "uma pergunta muito rápida" só que não faz pergunta nenhuma e não se percebe nada do que disse porque, tal como a própria admitiu, "eu tive uma crise".
