Burns у верхній частині організаційної таблиці, і він може 24 години на добу твітувати про те, що робимо «ми» в DOGE. Але Департамент ефективності уряду юридично не є урядовим департаментом, навіть якщо він потребує 39 мільйонів доларів зібраних державних грошей . І оскільки Маска офіційно не найняли, він не повинен виконувати жодної *справжньої *роботи, окрім того, як давати Трампу його мудрі поради.
