Instead of spreading our community's efforts thin, why not focus on enhancing the existing software that can benefit everyone?
Additionally, we must consider the human resources required. Building a new operating system from scratch demands not only coding expertise but also strong connections with hardware manufacturers and carriers. These relationships are crucial.
Google and Alphabet initially launched Android with a vision of openness and accessibility. However, over time, their focus has shifted, leaving many of us feeling disconnected from those original ideals. As consumers, we have the power to choose better alternatives.

We need seed data for crawling Apple's database. As far as we know, BeaconDB doesn't plan on publishing the data in a format where we could use it. It's why we didn't keep talking about it.

We need a physical bitcoin layer, even if it isn't trustless. They can take the "voucher" (paper cash bearer instrument) and figure out how to redeem it into a wallet on their own time. Like an opendime but without the electronic component.
I believe this to be entirely possible but you do need some fancy printing technology to mint notes that have tamper-resistant redemption keys.

When Tesla soon after realized it was missing a crucial Environmental Protection Agency certification it needed to qualify for the loan days before Christmas, Musk went straight to the top, urging then-EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson to intervene, according to one of the people. Nearly two-thirds of the $38 billion in funds have been promised to Musk’s businesses in the past five years.
In 2024 alone, federal and local governments committed at least $6.3 billion to Musk’s companies, the highest total to date.
The total amount is probably larger: This analysis includes only publicly available contracts, omitting classified defense and intelligence work for the federal government. SpaceX has been developing spy satellites for the National Reconnaissance Office, the Pentagon’s spy satellite division, according to the Reuters news agency. The Wall Street Journal reported that contract was worth $1.8 billion, citing company documents.
The Post found nearly a dozen other local grants, reimbursements and tax credits where the specific amount of money is not public.
An additional 52 ongoing contracts with seven government agencies - including NASA, the Defense Department and the General Services Administration - are on track to potentially pay Musk’s companies an additional $11.8 billion over the next few years, according to The Post’s analysis."

川普在会见英国首相史塔默的时候突然说他不记得自己说过泽连斯基是一个独裁者了。其实川普这个人真的是把网络流量收割那一套玩明白了，讲的话越极端就越有流量，他是一个升级版的汪小菲。越是有人大张旗鼓地对抗他，他就越开心。对付这样的人，我倒觉得中共政府挺有经验，不管你怎么加关税，我反正就不理你。（实际上在义乌根本没人把关税当一回正经事。）我觉得最好的survive trump、不得政治抑郁的办法就是完全不看新闻，电视、报纸、推特……统统不看，不要给他任何的关注度和流量。以前我在香港时，最印象深刻的经验就是港铁车厢里有滚动的字幕，写着各种娱乐圈的花边新闻，比如哪个明星出轨了、谁又离婚了之类。当时我觉得用这样无聊的事来占用公共资源真是糟糕，毕竟不是所有人都对这些事有兴趣。在德国这边，地铁站里的大屏幕里展示的是国际新闻，这就让我逃无可逃地要去了解川普最近又说了什么疯话，还不如香港那样了解些娱乐新闻让人舒服。

Max Ernst (2 April 1891 Brühl Germany – 1 April 1976 Paris France) was a German (naturalised American in 1948 and French in 1958) painter, sculptor, printmaker, graphic artist, and poet.[1] A prolific artist, Ernst was a primary pioneer of the Dada movement and Surrealism in Europe.
Max Ernst painted this weird bizarre surreal and great large colourful painting of his in Paris France.
As we can see its a surreal painting as his usually were and the characters are not human nor real, but I read that some have thought that Peggy Guggenheim had a robe like that. They were a married couple once, she and Max before they got divorced.
