A juíza Larissa Gaspar Tunala, da 1ª Vara Empresarial e Conflitos de Arbitragem do TJ-SP, considerou que a venda do imóvel poderia prejudicar o andamento do processo e representar o risco de Broedel não ter recursos para pagar a indenização pedida pelo Itaú.
"Resta bem caracterizada a delicada situação financeira de Alexsandro, com diversos apontamentos em seu desfavor, além de execuções ajuizadas contra si, de modo que a venda do imóvel descrito poderá comprometer o resultado útil deste processo, ainda mais se considerada a informação de que o correquerido já reside fora do país", diz a decisão da juíza.
De acordo com o anúncio do imóvel em uma corretora imobiliária, a mansão está localizada na região da Cidade Jardim, área nobre da capital São Paulo, e possui 861 m² de área construída, com 1,04 m² de terreno.

A residência tem quatro dormitórios, todos com closet, e a suíte master tem dois banheiros. A mansão também conta com sala de almoço, sala de jantar, sala de estar e sala de TV, piscinas, academia, churrasqueira e sauna.
A assessoria de Broedel disse à Folha que a venda do imóvel não foi bloqueada e que a decisão do TJ-SP apenas registra a ação para que o futuro comprador saiba do caso. Já a defesa do Itaú afirmou que a medida visa garantir o desfecho do processo, uma vez que Broedel não mora no Brasil e está se desfazendo de seus bens, incluindo o único imóvel registrado em seu nome.
"Dessa forma, a decisão resguarda os interesses envolvidos e evita que a venda comprometa uma eventual indenização a ser paga," disse o representante jurídico do Itaú, Victor Lamas, sócio do escritório Bermudes Advogados.

Investigado por desvios no Itaú, Broedel vai assumir cargo sênior no Santander
Broedel é acusado de desvio de poder e gestão irregular, por supostamente ficar com parte dos pagamentos de serviços contratados por ele para o Itaú. O banco alega que ele contratou a consultoria de Eliseu Martins, um dos maiores contadores do país, sem revelar que eram sócios.
Segundo as denúncias, Broedel ficava com 40% do valor pago pelos serviços, algo que ele nega.
Diante da descoberta do vínculo, o Itaú anulou a aprovação das contas de Broedel referentes aos anos de 2021 a 2023 e ajuizou duas ações contra o ex-executivo, que trabalhou no banco por 12 anos.

A assessoria de Broedel refuta todas as acusações, as quais classifica como "infundadas", e diz que tomará as medidas judiciais necessárias. Alega ainda que os pareceres de Eliseu Martins já eram contratados pelo banco antes da entrada de Broedel na instituição.
A defesa também questiona o fato de o Itaú ter levantado suspeitas apenas depois da renúncia de Broedel para assumir uma posição global no Santander.
Nesta quinta-feira, 27, o jornal norte-americano Financial Times informou que Broedel será investigado pela polícia por supostos desvios no Itaú. O pedido de investigação foi feito pelo Ministério Público Federal de São Paulo (MPF-SP).
Broedel chegou ao Santander em outubro e deve assumir o cargo de diretor de contabilidade no grupo espanhol nos próximos meses, o que o tornará membro da alta administração do banco. De acordo com o Santander, ele obteve as aprovações necessárias, inclusive o teste de "idoneidade e adequação" do Banco Central Europeu para gestores sêniores.

A volte, di fronte ai comportamenti di certe persone, mi viene da pensare che mi sarei comportato anche io in quel modo, oppure che avrei saputo comportarmi anche meglio.
