たまにネットやリアルでも、これから OD する宣言をして、薬のリストまで公開して OD やる患者がおる。自分はその行動を劇場型 OD と呼んでる。たいてい 1 〜 2 日寝るだけの結果に終わるけど、寝てる間に嘔吐して窒息してそのまま、とか誤嚥性肺炎になったりで入院したものの、という事故になる場合もある。なので近親者は油断できない。
でもあれを偶然目にしたとき、自分はあの行為をけっこう冷ややかに見てる。薬のリストとその量を見ると事故にさえならなければ寝るだけで終わるなってわかるので。
そもそも、うつ病でやってしまうときは、いちいち今からやるなんて人に知らせない。ふらぁーっとそっち側に引き寄せられてしってそうなってしまうので、今からやるなんて気持ちはそもそもまったく頭の中にない。
劇場型でやっちまう人はパーソナリティディスオーダーの人が多いように感じる。人が引くようなことをやって、誰も自分を理解してくれないとか平気で言ってのけるので、普通の人は引くってことがなぜわからんのかがわからん。
パーソナリティディスオーダーもたしかにうつ状態になりやすい。でもかなりその行動は患者自身にコントロールされている。あれはうつ病の人のそうなってしまった状態とは根本的に異なる。そのようにしか自分には見えない。
パーソナリティディスオーダーの人に声をかけるとしたら「きちんと病識を持てるように病院で学んで、まじめに治療に取り組め」という言葉しか出てこないし、本当の理解者なら本人がなんと言うと病院に連れて行く。もしやってしまいそうなら医療保護入院の手続きもする。そうせずに本人を可哀想可哀想としか言わないやつは理解者でもなんでもない。

happy independence day to the Bulgarians... this was the day i arrived in Sofia the first time back in 2013, with all the little spring festival bracelet vendors still running for that holiday as well (red and white holiday about the stirkel and spring) i forget.. haha

Yeah Jeffrey Sachs is a good source, as are John Mearsheimer, Colonel Douglas McArthur, Anders Puck Nielsen, Daniel Davis, David Oualaalou, and Glenn Greenwald, all of which hold similar opinions about the Ukraine situation which Trump now seems to share too.
I diagree with Sachs on his core competency though, of bailing out failed states according to Keynesian economic principles.
