Hive mind! I've got a load of leftover cooked plain jasmine rice. I don't really have anything to go with it and I don't want to waste it. I am thinking fried rice, but don't have any peas or spring onions (scallions) tofu or sauces. Although do have soy and sesame oil, peppers, carrots, onions and garlic. Do we think that's sufficient to make a reasonable fried rice or a bit boring?
