em 2023. Em maio do ano seguinte, a Asfav levou as denúncias ao Parlamento norte-americano. O dossiê é atualizado conforme a associação vai avançando no trabalho social. A peça inclui, ainda, ofícios enviados a entidades de defesa dos Direitos Humanos.
De acordo com o material, há relatos de abusos psicológicos, tortura e até tentativas de suicídio na cadeia.
A maioria das arbitrariedades tem sido veiculada pela coluna em primeira mão.

Segundo a Asfav, a "primeira tortura física" contra os presos ocorreu logo no primeiro dia da detenção, pois os participantes do ato ficaram mais de 24 horas sem comer, e dentro de ônibus abafados
"Na manhã do dia 9 de janeiro, após a entrada das pessoas presas nos ônibus, dentre eles, idosos, crianças e pessoas com comorbidades, que ficaram por quase 5 horas vagando pela capital federal sem poderem comer, beber ou fazer suas necessidades", observou a Asfav, ao mencionar que houve uma pessoa que tentou cortar os pulsos.
Tentar tirar a própria vida também ocorreu na Papuda e Colmeia.
Má alimentação
Uma das principais queixas dos internos é a péssima qualidade da comida servida nos presídios.
"São frequentes as reclamações referentes a comida estragada, azeda e houve casos de até com larvas", informou a Asfav. "Tais reclamações são recorrentes no sistema penitenciário do Distrito Federal, ou seja, não é mero capricho das pessoas presas em 8 de janeiro."
Cerceamento do direito de defesa
Entre outros tópicos relacionados ao cerceamento ao direito de defesa, a Asfav constatou que, "desde os primeiros dias foram realizados diversos pedidos pelos patronos dos acusados como de liberdade provisória, extensão do alcance da tornozeleira para trabalho, pedidos de tratamento de saúde, etc, mas a maioria dos pedidos não foi apreciada pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal".
"Ressalte-se ainda que, o 'sumiço' de peças de processos não é incomum", afirmou a associação, no documento.

the only need I have for a firearm is to euthanize cattle but I can always borrow one from a neighbour, all my neighbours got guns.
I think bullets will be good for trade if currency becomes worthless but most people have no real use for guns so I think that's probably the last thing you need to worry about.
if you don't know how to grow food and make water safe to drink you're going to be totally reliant on other people's kindness.
medicine will be a commodity, especially pain relief and drugs or addiction.
if shit hits the fan, the first people to die are going to be the opportunists who think they can use guns to intimate.
because what a lot of people don't understand is that the law doesn't prevent crime, they prevent reaction.
the only reason shopkeepers don't shoot armed robbers is because of the law.
if someone threatened me with a gun right now it's the state sanctioned violence and kidnapping and being kept in a cage for 25 years that would make me think twice before reaching for their gun and turning it back on them.

亲属去世了，家人在屋里摆了灵堂供大家吊唁。散在各地的亲友们陆续回来，晚上在丧主家“欢聚一堂”。晚饭毕，从小辈们开始逐一行礼磕头致敬。因为逝者生前乐观开朗，最爱打趣逗乐，于是有好事者开玩笑把叩头的软垫换成不锈钢盆，后来更有人垫上了砖头。磕头此起彼伏，铁盆哐哐有声，一屋子的人捧着肚子笑成一团。磕到最后，有人嘻嘻笑笑着趴下磕头却迟迟不肯直起身子，被人扶起时发现他早已泪流满面，屋里的笑声终于变成了一片压抑的哭泣声。
好一场人生悲喜剧。
