美债跑赢美股，策略师：还有上行空间

重庆公租房申请新规3日起实施
3月3日，重庆市公租房管理局发布了《关于调整公租房申请收入准入标准的通告》，提高了公租房申请收入准入标准，扩大了公租房保障面，更多住房困难家庭有机会“花小钱住好房”。根据今年统计部门公布的数据，2024年重庆市城镇居民人均可支配收入由2023年的47435元提高到了49778元，按此计算，调整后公租房收入准入标准为（折算到月）：3人及以上申请家庭人均月收入不高于4148元；2人申请家庭人均月收入不高于4563元；单身人士申请月收入不高于4978元。上述标准从本月3日起开始实施。
