Well, I'm a teacher and have to deal with all those problems all the time. And I do deal with them! I've been doing so for around 25 years now! If I can, everybody can. The lack of willpower doesn't mean that we can't take the necessary steps. We just have to move in a different direction! There are more than enough alternatives out there to big tech!
