Quando vc está na pior, só amigo de verdade não te abandona, porque até a família não te respeita.
O contrário também existe. Aquele familiar que sempre era mal falado e evitado, quando começa a ganhar dinheiro, se torna querido e respeitado.
Já aconteceu as duas situações na minha família. Muita hipocrisia.
Não digo que queriam o mal do nosso parente, mas gostavam de chutar cachorro morto, como se isso, de alguma forma, exaltasse suas posições. Muita babaquice.
Meu pai ajudava esse parente quebrado e ninguém sabia, nem eu. Quando ele se levantou e começou a ser querido novamente, tomou a Black pill. Aceitou novamente o convívio dos demais parentes, mas sempre dizia que só confiava mesmo naqueles que estavam com ele quando estava na merda. Até a mulher que havia se separado queria voltar.
Eu aprendi muito com isso, e também com experiências pessoais, nunca confiar em parente, mulher e amizade que só quer benefícios.

I was watching a video made by an American woman married to German who was astonished to find that life in Germany is far better than in the USA.
She was frightened that the healthcare wouldn't be up to US standards - she found it was better in Germany! She was entitled to 20 days of fully paid vacation along with all public holidays (as are all employees in the EU), sick pay and loads of other advantages that most Americans never see in their entire career!
The average US citizen is completely ignorant of the way of life in any other country and therefore sucks in all the bullshit about how the USA is the greatest country on earth. The USA is a great country if you are rich and prepared to exploit the poor but for everyone else, is a fuckin hell-hole!

The struggling pharmacy chain has faced a decade of sliding margins in its core prescription business after it doubled down on its retail pharmacy operations. Meanwhile, competitor CVS Health diversified into insurance and pharmacy benefits. A move into primary care failed to reverse its fortunes.
WSJ noted that Sycamore would take Walgreens off the public market in the deal, likely leading to the pharmacy chain's breakup. This means that Sycamore keeps its core US retail business while selling off other parts of the company, including British pharmacy chain Boots, U.S. healthcare provider Village MD, US drugstore chain Duane Reade, and No7 Beauty Co.
Last week, Deutsche Bank analyst George Hill noted that Walgreens shares had risen too much in anticipation of Sycamore's acquisition and assigned a $9 price target.
"The deal strikes us as incredibly complicated and unlikely to be consummated at a premium to the current share price," Hill told clients.
The latest data from the pharmacy chain shows 12,500 locations worldwide and employs about 312,000 people.
Walgreens has previously explored going private. In 2019, private equity firm KKR made a $70 billion offer for the pharmacy chain when Walgreens had a market value of over $50 billion. That valuation has since plunged to approximately $8.9 billion.
