I think we’re really close to being able to make the switch over. If anyone is using the Enable Mastodon Apps plugin with Friends and ActivityPub, can you do me a favor and look at this outstanding issue? Seems like using the WordPress Status post format is causing server errors, and I suspect WordPress interprets most microblogging statuses as this type.

生地がちと違って、ドーナツに腰があると言うのも変だが。ふわふわ感は維持しつつ、モチモチ感がある。ちぎろうとしても形を保とうとの意思があるのか、なかなかの粘り腰。
新聞紙だったり娘さんの使い切った学習ノートの紙で包んでくれる。20ルピー(22円、164sats)。プレーンなドーナツなので持ち帰ってハチミツをつけて食べる。

政府工作报告：今年居民医保人均补助标准再提高30元，基础养老金最低标准再提高20元

3月5日上午9时，十四届全国人大三次会议在人民大会堂举行开幕会。国务院总理李强在政府工作报告中介绍今年政府工作任务时提出，加强疾病预防控制体系建设，统筹做好重点传染病防控。居民医保和基本公共卫生服务经费人均财政补助标准分别再提高30元和5元。稳步推动基本医疗保险省级统筹，健全基本医疗保险筹资和待遇调整机制，深化医保支付方式改革，促进分级诊疗。全面建立药品耗材追溯机制，严格医保基金监管，让每一分钱都用于增进人民健康福祉。
政府工作报告还提出，城乡居民基础养老金最低标准再提高20元，适当提高退休人员基本养老金。加快发展第三支柱养老保险，实施好个人养老金制度。积极应对人口老龄化，完善发展养老事业和养老产业政策机制，大力发展银发经济。推进社区支持的居家养老，强化失能老年人照护，加大对老年助餐服务、康复辅助器具购置和租赁支持力度，扩大普惠养老服务，推动农村养老服务发展。加快建立长期护理保险制度。
其实，自2024年7月，全国城乡居民的基础养老金月最低标准上调20元后，在今年年初，财政部已按照全国3%的总体比例，提升了退休人员的基本养老金水平。同时，在医疗保障方面，城乡居民医保的人均财政补助标准增加了30元，达到每人每年670元。另外，职工医保与城乡居民医保的政策范围内住院费用报销比例分别稳定在80%与70%左右。

元宝逆袭登顶，腾讯“大力出奇迹”能维持多久？

新年之后，不少人都已经被微信上无孔不入的“下载元宝，使用DeepSeek R1”广告包围。一个月的时间不到，靠着腾讯在营销投流上的“钞能力”，元宝逆袭DeepSeek登顶。
3月3日晚，腾讯AI聊天机器人App元宝在苹果中国区应用商店免费App下载排行榜升至第一，DeepSeek落到第二，字节跳动豆包排第四。
相比字节跳动、阿里、百度等一众竞争对手，腾讯最晚入局To C （面向消费者）AI助手应用。2024年5月，腾讯发布基于自研混元大模型的AI助手APP“元宝”，2025年3月宣布上线电脑网页版“元宝”，晚了对手至少半年以上。
直到今年年初时，元宝在一众主流的AI APP中都还没有多少存在感。在APP数据库平台QuestMobile统计的2024年AI原生APP用户规模TOP 20榜中，腾讯元宝只排第11位，月活用户规模仅210万，被“AI APP三强”豆包（7552万）、Kimi（2101万）、文小言（1224万）远远甩在身后。
而改变几乎就在DeepSeek新年爆火后一夜之间发生。
相比竞争对手们，这次腾讯成了动作更快的那一个。在同行还没正式敲定接入DeepSeek前，公司抢先在2月13日官宣接入“满血版”DeepSeek R1。紧接着便开始全网宣传投放，微信、小红书、虎扑、B站、知乎等多个平台，一时间涌入大量的腾讯元宝广告。
元宝在腾讯内部的优先级也被不断提高。此前界面新闻报道，整个二月，腾讯内部在紧急协调部署，推动微信接入DeepSeek支持微信搜索功能。微信搜索现阶段并未完全接入DeepSeek，只开启了简单功能，当用户点击微信对话框顶部的搜索栏进入微信搜索时，能看到“下载元宝（体验 DeepSeek-R1）”的提示与跳转链接。另外，“微信九宫格”的生活服务栏也新加入了“元宝下载”入口。
腾讯元宝在大厂AI APP的排行榜上成功逆袭。QuestMobile数据显示，自2月13日接入整合DeepSeek R1大模型，至2月18日，元宝日活跃用户规模突破109万，跃居AI原生APP行业第7位，使用次数与时长也有增加。
一位负责互联网大厂投流的营销供应商告诉界面新闻，腾讯在元宝上的投流打法复制了去年字节跳动豆包“大力出奇迹”的推广模式，通过自家产品生态自带的流量中心优势（字节主要依赖抖音、今日头条，腾讯依赖微信），再加上大规模广告投放引流。唯一的区别是，字节跳动投流的宣传对象主要是自家的“豆包”AI模型，腾讯则几乎为每一条元宝广告都贴上了“DeepSeek”标签，自家混元模型反而没有太多曝光。
腾讯接住了DeepSeek的流量
DeepSeek出现前后，腾讯对AI业务的看法有一番彻底的改变。
有腾讯人士曾对界面新闻表示，由于通用AI大模型的商业前景尚不明朗，腾讯去年很长一段时间都将其视为防御性业务。尽管公司也推出了混元大模型和腾讯元宝APP，但推广策略并不像字节、Kimi这样的厂商那样激进，大部分投流都在自家的生态当中，并且内部投流的优先级也比较靠后。
但当DeepSeek出现后，这种观点迅速发生了变化。
DeepSeek新年前后发布R1爆火出圈，18天内便实现了的1600万次下载，不到一周时间，其日活跃用户数超过3000万。短时间内涌入的大量用户使得DeepSeek服务器告急，网页APP频繁卡顿。不少公司都看到了新的增长机会，都希望通过部署DeepSeek开源模型为自家产品引流。
腾讯管理层先是迅速拍板元宝部署满血版DeepSeek R1，后又很快宣布开放内部最重要的产品微信将接入DeepSeek开发“搜一搜”功能。这条消息传出，腾讯股价次日大涨7%，一度冲破500港元，达到2023年以来的最高点。
而在微信正式接入DeepSeek前，腾讯先将“接住”DeepSeek流量的重任交给了元宝。腾讯旗下APP这次也几乎全员出动，为元宝引流，不仅包括微信生态的公众号、朋友圈、小程序、搜一搜、公众号文章底部，还有QQ浏览器、腾讯视频、腾讯新闻、QQ音乐、搜狗输入法等腾讯家族App的开屏广告。
腾讯的引流宣传也十分直接，将自家产品元宝与DeepSeek通过关键词绑定在一起。在DeepSeek因短时间大量用户涌入造成服务器频繁卡顿后，元宝直接打出“提供流畅版满血版R1”标语来吸引新用户。
上述投流供应商认为，腾讯这波投流渠道大多都选择自家的内部产品渠道，虽然互联网大厂为扶持战略产品在内部渠道投流时可享受七折或更低的折扣优惠，但这一波大规模投流下来仍然耗资不少。
据《财经天下》从第三方数据平台AppGrowing平台处了解到，从2月13日到2月27日，腾讯元宝在27天里投放共花了2.81亿元。
这一数字已经超过了去年整个AI行业的月投放量。QuestMobile首席产品官段林峰告诉界面新闻，QuestMobile后台监测数据显示，2024年AIGC行业硬广告整体月均投放2.11亿元，而现在腾讯元宝一家就超过了行业整体的投放水平。
特别是在马化腾2022年向高管喊话“不相信买量”后，这样的大手笔投入买流量的动作更加罕见，可以看出腾讯这次对元宝的重视程度。
去年，AI助手应用的投流大战异常激烈，前有Kimi，后有豆包，各大平台为抢占用户流量投入大量资源。然而烧钱投流一年后，DeepSeek横空出世，APP上线10天时间，日活就超过豆包、Kimi，成为了市场的搅局者。而腾讯元宝又利用“豆包+DeepSeek”加入了流量的争夺战。
“腾讯元宝的营销投入属于行业普遍操作，买量也是重要的引流方式之一。”段林峰认为，投流策略的核心目标是快速获取用户，腾讯元宝今年大规模规模投流一方面反映出了其抢占市场的迫切需求，也意味着当前市场处于一个高度竞争环境中。
大厂AI应用的战争仍在继续
对元宝来说，靠接入DeepSeek，再加大规模投流只是第一步，如何提升留存率、维持市场份额是更大的考验。
而在前期买量实现下载量、日活跃用户量等拉新数据快速增长后，将新用户转化为长期用户的留存率指标至关重要。例如7日及30日的留存率、与竞争对手产品用户重合率等数据。界面新闻从QuestMobile处获得数据显示，腾讯元宝1月份活跃用户与豆包APP用户重合率超过了40%。元宝要占有更大的市场份额，则必须争取到这批徘徊客户。
而整个AI应用市场，前有DeepSeek靠爆炸式自然增长打败烧钱投流，后又有腾讯元宝利用“豆包+DeepSeek”逆袭DeepSeek，竞争态势也变得更加复杂。
去年为Kimi激进投流的月之暗面放缓脚步。界面新闻报道，月之暗面内部已决定大幅收缩产品的投放预算，包括暂停多个安卓渠道的投放，以及第三方广告平台的合作。这家明星AI公司不得不开始正视市场长期诟病的“烧钱换增长”的弊病，公司创始人杨植麟去年11月也在活动上介绍，提升用户留存率是Kimi当前的核心任务。
字节跳动的AI重心仍然在豆包上，旗下今日头条、抖音等主要产品至今都还未正式接入DeepSeek。在今年2月13日举办的字节全员会上，字节跳动CEO梁汝波给豆包等AI业务提出的新年目标主要有三条：相比追求日活，追求智能上限；探索新的交互；加强规模效应。
腾讯近期也针对元宝进行了内部的组织架构调整，将元宝产品团队整体由偏中后台技术支持的TEG部门（技术工程事业群）调整到CSIG（云与智慧产业事业群）。调整后，“元宝”交由腾讯会议负责人吴祖榕负责。吴祖榕此前对于产品拉新增长经验丰富，曾带领腾讯会议245天内实现产品用户数突破1亿。
元宝在接入DeepSeek后尝试了一系列二次开发。接入DeepSeek-R1满血版模型后，腾讯又密集推出图片理解、微信文件解析、长图分享等一系列功能。此外，腾讯自研的混元 T1 深度思考模型也在元宝开启上小范围测试。
而目前市场上各家的To C聊天机器人主要功能大都免费，只要在产品没有拉开本质差别前，投流依然是一项投入大于产出的工作，烧钱换增长就无法一直持续下去。
