At first exposure to them, I am very disappointed with the changes to the Armor Class rules in Pathfinder 2E. Armor seems to have been very, very nerfed... But I will be actually playing for the first time next week, so I'll see how all of the many changes go overall. It would be funny if I ended up preferring 5E.
