Eu nunca me importei com o que estava fazendo. Eu teria pegado uma pá e cavado merda se pagasse o suficiente. Eu não ligava. Trabalho não é sobre se divertir. Se você encontrar um trabalho que goste, ótimo, parabéns pra você. Mas a chance é que existe um trabalho que te pague mais em menos tempo.
E eu sinto que já vivi muitas vidas porque nunca fiz um trabalho comum das nove às cinco. Se você parar para pensar no tempo desperdiçado nesse tipo de emprego, incluindo o tempo de deslocamento de ida e volta, essas são horas que se perdem. A maioria da população está fazendo algo que não quer fazer.
Mesmo que seja algo que goste, tipo, digamos que você ame mergulho e decida ser instrutor de mergulho. Eventualmente, você vai se cansar de ensinar as pessoas a colocar o equipamento e repetir o mesmo processo de novo e de novo. Talvez seja divertido por um mês, dois meses, talvez até um ano, mas uma hora você vai se cansar de fazer a mesma coisa, repetidamente.

The reason we need to be politically active is exactly because government can use Bitcoin itself as a way to gain/buy more power and use it to oppress more people on the long run.
Tech can only go so far. It can give you freedom but states can turn that same freedom tech into raw power... spending power. They just need to own enough.
And right now we are just letting it happen.
We need to see this through.
But the results are going to be obvious in hindsight.

Moon over Manhattan. I like the way the buildings cut into the sky, turning it into a jagged river for the crescent moon to sail on like a tiny boat. I also turned the brightness down to put the buildings in shadow and bring out the abstract grid pattern of the windows.
