Day 5 Without Coffee
Last night, I went to bed before 10:00 and woke up refreshed before 6:00. (Didn’t wake up early by choice, but by necessity.)
Before this, I’d be completely drained after work. If I didn’t take at least a 30-minute nap, I’d be groggy and disoriented for the rest of the day. It felt terrible.
But now? That doesn’t happen anymore.
I love my days without coffee. Over the years, I’ve realized I enjoy life more without it. I don’t find it hard to avoid drinking it, and I’m mindful of its effects on my body. But sometimes, circumstances force me to rely on it—like early morning shifts or pushing through night shifts.
So far, I’ve handled my early mornings just fine. Now, let’s see if I can make it through the night shifts without it too.

Ok so when do you call something Money and when do you call it an Asset ?
Many languages don't have proper words to differentiate betweeh Money and Currency..
I'm dyslectisch so by default have the preference to describe key attributes/functions instead of using the designed words..
I noticed in the little understood disciplines like Money/Economics this helps enormously for most to grasp it way better.

This is actually the ironic thing about the whole debate:
The best female employees also tend to be the moms most willing to drop everything for their kids. They are good at focusing and setting priorities, and they discount stuff like "face time" and "office politics" and concentrate on delivering, delivering, delivering.
I'm now working for my second mom/CEO and they both prioritize their families over their work, and have zero fucks to give, if that bothers someone. They didn't get where they are by sucking up to Randy at the office and lounging around the coffee machine.

I totally want to show my genx hubby the elderly reference to being a grandparent. 😂 Especially when I still have my mid 90s (& yes, avoid when sick!) Grandma.
