实际上领导不是老师，你仅凭成绩好是不够的，你还需要向TA表达忠诚，成为TA信任的人。
这也是为啥每一任新总统都会重新组阁，选择自己信任的人来当下属。所谓一朝天子一朝臣，是有其必要性的。
无论多么正直清廉的领导，都需要提拔自己信任的人来做事，把TA的意志贯彻下去。如果核心团队有离心离德的人，那么破坏性非常大，啥事都做不成。
想通这一点，就能摒弃莫名其妙的自尊心和道德感。领导提拔信任的人，把有能力又忠诚的人放在关键岗位，这就是管理学。
大到治国理政，小到开公司，领导都必须如此，否则分分钟失败。把我放到领导岗位，我也会甄选、培养、提拔我信任的人。
既然领导需要自己的班底，那么选边站队在所难免。如何成为领导的核心下属，除了做事靠谱能力强，还必须在工作之余有其它交集，让领导get到你的心意。
许多傻瓜像我一样，羞于走出这步，觉得有损清高，担心领导认为自己是阿谀奉承之辈。结果一辈子辛辛苦苦干活，啥好机会都轮不到。
这是因为我们的人生观世界观太幼稚了宝子们！看问题一上来先论黑白对错，凡事都泛道德化，而不去分析“为什么，是什么，怎么办”。
那些原生家庭优越的孩子，二十多岁就明白社会运行的真相，早早踩准了每个节奏，很快脱颖而出。像我这样农村家庭出身的孩子，从父母那里得不到任何有建设性的意见，全靠闭眼摸索，人到中年才如梦初醒。

I separate apps logically into apps I want always running (owner profile), and apps I only want to use deliberately (secondary profile).
For me it's what you described: nostr, banking on the second profile, with messaging, calendar etc on the main profile. The 2nd profile has a power menu option to "end session" which effectively shuts down that profile & returns to the main one when I'm done catching up
