this is a problem with the application displaying the git history
github's releases/tags is almost ok, but shitty also
#golang instituted a scheme where you would use semver versions and these refer to a particular commit
github releases are like this, but more primitive, and with additional proprietary bullshit
the Go model is clear and simple
changelogs are unnecessary, and you are demanding people who write and test code to write extra shit instead of writing code
also, i know you are a C programmer, so you probably don't understand that Go has a documentation standard built into the comments on types and functions/methods and a protocol to generate a document out of it
making a change history of that isn't that hard, and doesn't require any extra work from the devs except "write code and document the methods and types"
but you all will eventually learn why this makes sense
you are just expressing frustration about how it's not part of your preferred 50 year old language

So the ByBit attack was able to happen because:
Gnosis Safe front end is a web app whose JavaScript gets served from an Amazon S3 bucket.
A Gnosis Safe developer had production AWS keys saved on their machine.
The Dev's machine was compromised and the AWS key used to deploy a malicious front end that only targeted ByBit's wallet.
JavaScript web apps have no cryptographic integrity checks to ensure the code being delivered was actually written by the expected author.
Signing complex EVM transactions can't be done securely on airgapped hardware because the hardware simply doesn't have all of the contextual information needed to know the outcome of executing the transaction.

Yep, but if people don't check where each individual zap is going then who knows which wallet is actually receiving them. A malicious client can create a zap for A to receive but with B's address.
