i've also proposed the idea of implementations keeping copies of teh spec that their libraries implement, i've got one this way now because i'm working on http auth but i think i probably will later throw copies of the nips that reflect what i've implemented on https://realy.lol on every single implementation of said spec i do think that revising the structure to consolidate it would be really useful but as a developer and not a documentation specialist this is a week long task with no reward for me
