After witnessing firsthand rockstar developers doing ‘vibe-coding’ with spectacularly phenomenal result, I no longer feel so bad about doing similar for what I am calling ‘vibe-blogging’ - having a conversation with AI and then issuing a very specific directive to write a blog entry on what we discussed.
The ultimate goal,is to keep control of your creativity and agency, which is very easy to do by issuing very specific prompts, challenging and requesting corrections along the way.
The bottom line - AI thrives on top down direction and control, the very thing that most of us (good) humans hate. Make AI write those boring design and policy documents, tailor them to what you want, and then have the AI agents be forced to use those docs to produce the final products you want.

the package.Type thing... yeah that is from Modula/Oberon and is why it is so easy to throw together an app, no headers, no configurations, nothing, most IDEs make it easy to automatically add dependencies and at worst you have to `go mod tidy` and it scans the whole project and adds dependencies and caches them in the build system
there's reasons why they are the way they are, like almost everything with Go - to get the job done with the least amount of compute and complexity of semantics
the thing that makes me irritated is there is several stdlibs that have nasty stuttery names like context.Context - this one i already have a replacement for and it's just context.T
also it's very handy to not have to type extra qualifiers to export, or not, symbols, you just declare names with a first capital and voila, they can be seen from outside, or vice versa

i dont see it as being a lone wolf, because its open sauce.
I also have supported many enterprise level customers doing this same kind of thing with an incredibly small team doing all the heavy lifting (2 people) .. with the invention of automation, you may be surprised how many companies skate by with a single burnt out dev or contractor on the pager duty or doing the bulk of the 'work' that the company charges enterprise level moneys for..
