It is possible, but you have to consider HOW posts will be kept private. You cannot store unencrypted content on public relays if you want it to be private. That means it will likely involve posting the content to a relay you control, and that you can whitelist who has access to see your posts.
Running your own relay and setting it up correctly to allow only those you want to have access is still somewhat beyond the ability of the average user.
The option of being able to have a group of people who can share encrypted content with each other that only those within the group can see, even when posted to public relays, is being worked on. JUST DONT.

The why:
Everything is a headache and Ai will not build it for you, yet. The best you'll get is a 50/50 chance of what code it gives you being correct and hours of asking ai to debug its own issues.
Currently, I can get creating an nsec, logging in, and loading some profile data, although some are loading in the wrong places....
And do I know how any of it works?
No....Because I didn't build it, ai did.
That being said I need, to sit my ass down and learn the hows and whys of what I have working already, not add more. 🤣
