Sorry you are having such issues with your mute list. Any ideas what client is overwriting it?
My best suggestion would be using Citrine and keeping a regular backup of your data, including your mute list.
It's gotta be some client that isn't looking for your existing mute list on the relays where you've been saving it to, but IS writing the new "nuked" version to those relays.

「テトリス フォーエバー」というゲームの体を成したドキュメンタリーアプリと、映画「テトリス」を見る限り、40年前は独自の8bitマシンがElorg(ロシア科学アカデミー)で触れる程度だったらしいですね。
90年代にベルリンの壁が崩れてからは、いわゆるDOS/Vが一気に流れ込んだみたいなので、今はそんなに変わらないみたいですけど。

Thanks. In the linked description of the Strata bridge, it has a very terse "a bridge operator fronts its own funds to him in a withdrawal transaction" with no further elucidation. In BitVM-bridge (section 6.1and 7) they talk about it as: step 1, Bob burns on rollup/sidechain, then creates peg-out bitcoin tx that any operator can complete. Then somehow as part of the proof that their claim of the peg-in utxo is valid, there's included that a valid peg out of a burn occurred. But I guess you're saying that, like with any sidechan/rollup we can just use swaps, like done e.g. on Liquid, right?

Sure, it's just a completely different threat model.
No one can steal your private key from your SeedSigner... Because it's not there. The device itself does not have your private key on it any longer once the device is powered down.
That means you still need to have it stored somewhere relatively accessible for whenever you need to do any signing. Your seed backup will be required every time you want to use your SeedSigner.
That said, as long as you build the thing yourself and verify the firmware you install on it, you can be relatively certain that the device itself isn't going to leak your private key to the manufacturer or some mole working for them, and your information isn't sitting on some manufacturer's system for someone to leak and result in scam emails like the one mentioned above.
