訊けば 5 分で解決することをなんとか自分でやっちゃう人って多いけど (自分もそう)、そうなってしまう要素って色々あるのよね。質問したらたいてい文句や叱責が飛んでくるとか「何のための分業だよ！！」「俺の時間を返せ！！」って目に見えて機嫌が悪くなる人も**多いし**。いるし、じゃなくて多いし、だ。
あと自分でなんとかなりそう、と思って作業を続けてズルズルと続けちゃうパターンとか、気兼ねして質問しないっていうパターンも自分を含めて、かなり多い。たいていなんか風通し悪いなぁと思いながら仕事してたりとかね。
人が集まって仕事してるから、どうしてもそういうこともある。うまくその辺りを交通整理してくれる人がいたりすると助かるけどね。

Well, I have just finished all the core functionality for my app MVP. Replit’s v2 Assistant really helped.
Now, some design tweaks, code cleaning, security audit and deployment to production so I can test with real users and show it to some friends.
