Yeah, I get the impression that the judgement actually strikes a pretty fair balance. The App Store terms have struck me as an overreach from the moment of its announcement. The newer devices up to this point seemed all about empowering creatives, now suddenly they introduced a blanket moral code for acceptable output, and claimed revenue percentages.
Still, as I remarked in another post this week, I think they effectively tried to streamline managing the legal obligations and liabilities on their side, and the Store seems more of a symptom of state laws, eg. warranty, moderation, identification.

On a random Wednesday evening, I invested in something for the first time in my life
I made a friend online who taught me about Bitcoin and told me that as long as I consider it and promise not to gamble, they would teach me how to use Coinbase. I was really concerned that it may be a scam, but after searching and reading that Coinbase is safe, and they also weren't asking me to wire them money directly, I gave it a shot.
I'm still terrified, my heart is beating really fast. I've never spent money like this randomly in one sitting. Technically, the first time I made an investment was into my 401k account when I started working after college, so I barely know anything about this.
The next step is that they asked me to make a wallet on Coinbase wallet and transfer $960 to it, so I'm desperately searching what that means. I still can't believe I listened to a stranger... I'm praying that this journey goes smoothly.

Vertex customers want to know how many credits are associated with their pubkey. I am thinking of using:
NIP-42 auth + kind -1 (yes, negative, so there won't be collisions).
So a client that previously authenticated, sends
REQ, id, kind -1, to check how many credits are associated with its pubkey
This seems like the simplest solution I could come up with. What do u think? Do you know libraries that don't allow for negative kinds?

Unpopular opinion, maybe it’s not an opinion at all for others, but AI will always be behind to me until it knows how to properly calculate and cast an accurate astrology chart. It’s nowhere near the skill of experts and trained astrologers - which is work that also requires you to also be empathetic, self aware, but sometimes neutral… basically human.
I’m sure it’s the literal last thing these models will be learning and also astrology is passed off as the ultimate pseudoscience (not denying) rather than seen as a record of historical human effort involving a very specific activity throughout the centuries.
AI astrological interpretations are equivalent to modern day TikTok astrologers - rinse and repeat. There are hundreds and thousands of text that span across many countries and centuries, which are most likely already in the public domain, but largely ignored.
Sounds like another project for me 😂
