Die Urlaubsfolge führt ihn nach Rüdesheim am Rhein, wo er viele fröhliche Ausflügler trifft, die sich dennoch bewusst sind, dass es so in Zukunft wahrscheinlich nicht weitergehen wird. In den ’15-Minuten-Städten’ reicht es eben nicht bis ins Naherholungsgebiet. Aber nicht schlimm! Es gibt sowieso nichts mehr zu feiern. Fleisch und Alkohol sind von den Karten gestrichen und Bedienungen gibt es auch nicht mehr wegen der hohen Lohnnebenkosten. Bleibt also nur, sich Essen mit der Drohne durch die heimische Dachluke werfen zu lassen. Die Passanten in Rüdesheim wissen das alles, sehen es aber trotzdem mit Humor.

they saw a charcoal fire with fish on it and bread.
Jesus said to them, ""Bring some of the fish you just caught.""
So Simon Peter went over and dragged the net ashore
full of one hundred fifty-three large fish.
Even though there were so many, the net was not torn.
Jesus said to them, ""Come, have breakfast.""
And none of the disciples dared to ask him, ""Who are you?""
because they realized it was the Lord.
Jesus came over and took the bread and gave it to them,

This was now the third time Jesus was revealed to his disciples

ตอนแรกก็คิดว่าเพราะเครียดเรื่องงาน หรือบางอย่างในชีวิตที่ยังแก้ไม่ตก แต่พอสังเกตดี ๆ คืนที่ฉันนอนไม่หลับมักมีจุดร่วมบางอย่าง…อย่างเช่น ฉันเพิ่งดูซีรีส์ที่ตัวละครต้องเสียคนรัก หรือคลิปที่พูดถึงโรคร้ายแรง แม้จะรู้ว่าเป็นแค่เรื่องในจอ แต่ความรู้สึกมันเก็บเอาไว้ไม่อยู่ มันค้างในใจเงียบ ๆ พอถึงเวลาจะหลับ กลับกลายเป็นว่านอนไม่ลง
ฉันถึงกับไปค้นเรื่องนี้ และเจอคำว่า “คอร์ติซอล” — ฮอร์โมนความเครียดที่ร่างกายหลั่งออกมาเวลาสมองรู้สึกว่า “ยังไม่ปลอดภัย” แม้จะไม่มีภัยอันตรายจริง ๆ แต่ถ้าใจเรายังสั่น ยังคิด ยังวนอยู่กับสิ่งที่ทำให้ไม่สบายใจ สมองก็จะไม่ยอมปล่อยให้เราหลับง่าย ๆ มันเหมือนระบบเตือนภัยที่เปิดค้างอยู่ในตัวเราเอง
พอรู้แบบนี้ ฉันก็เริ่มค่อย ๆ เปลี่ยนสิ่งเล็ก ๆ รอบตัว เปลี่ยนจากการดูเรื่องเครียดก่อนนอน มาเป็นอะไรเบา ๆ อย่างเสียงฝน กลิ่นลาเวนเดอร์ หรือบางคืนก็แค่เขียนสิ่งที่กังวลใส่กระดาษ บอกตัวเองว่า “เดี๋ยวค่อยคิดพรุ่งนี้” แล้วค่อย ๆ ปล่อยใจให้ว่างลงทีละนิด
ฉันเริ่มกินแมกนีเซียมก่อนนอนด้วย มันไม่ใช่ยาวิเศษอะไร แต่รู้สึกได้เลยว่าหลับง่ายขึ้น ความรู้สึกเกร็ง ๆ ในตัวคลายลง คล้าย ๆ กับว่าใจเราถูกจับมือไว้เบา ๆ แล้วบอกว่า “ไม่เป็นไรนะ หลับได้แล้ว”
และที่เปลี่ยนไปมากคือ ฉันไม่ฝืนตัวเองอีกต่อไป ถ้าคืนนั้นรู้สึกไม่ไหว ก็ไม่เร่ง ไม่หงุดหงิด แค่พาตัวเองอยู่กับความเงียบ อาจจะหายใจลึก ๆ ช้า ๆ แล้วรอให้ใจยอมวาง ทุกอย่างจะค่อย ๆ ดีขึ้นเอง
การหลับไม่ใช่เรื่องของร่างกายอย่างเดียว แต่คือความไว้ใจจากใจลึก ๆ ด้วยว่า “คืนนี้ปลอดภัยแล้วจริง ๆ”
และพอเราเริ่มซื่อสัตย์กับตัวเองมากขึ้น ปล่อยให้บางอย่างมันค่อย ๆ สงบโดยไม่ต้องรีบแก้ ฉันก็เริ่มหลับได้อีกครั้ง — หลับแบบที่ไม่ต้องพยายาม

In Keychat, everything starts with a 12-word seed phrase.
The seed phrase derives multiple IDs, which can serve as both chat IDs and browser IDs.
It also derives the private key used to recover the wallet.
Both chatting and using mini apps in the browser rely on the ID and wallet.

there is custom rom development with motorola devices, the edge 50 neo which i've looked at could get custom rom support. Pixel a-series is def overpriced here in europe with price of 580 euros. It has better camera than the motorola but the motorola is just 400e with 50 bucks off RN. I don't like spending lot of money on smartphone since i upgrade phone often so the motorola is better option for me.
