In the last week of April, the Precatory Conciliation Coordination (Coorpre) of the Federal District and Territories Court of Justice (TJDFT) concluded the calculations for precatory payments with superpreference granted due to serious illness. This measure meets the criteria established by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) Resolution 303/2019 and the Technical Note No. 8 of the National Forum of Precatories. With the calculations finalized, Coorpre is now taking the necessary steps to effect the payment of creditors who submitted their superpreference requests by April 2, 2024. Simultaneously, work on superpreference by age is underway. The TJDFT's accounting department has started updating the values to enable future payments. Currently, 16,969 people are registered on the list of creditors over 60 years old, which is expected to be updated between April 2025 and August 2026. The list of preferential creditors by age is generated automatically by the court's computer system, which collects information such as date of birth, date of filing of the precatory, and nature of the credit. The ordering follows a chronological criterion, from the oldest to the most recent, as determined by the Federal Constitution (Article 100, ยงยง2 and 3, and Article 102 of the ADCT), as well as CNJ Resolution 303/2019. The TJDFT alerts superpreference beneficiaries, especially those due to serious illness, to the importance of keeping their data up to date in the process, especially the Pix key assigned for depositing values. For clarification, Coorpre recommends seeking information directly from the responsible attorney, the Public Defender's Office, or through in-person attendance at the unit, as well as the court's Virtual Counter.

The worst politicians we have are obsessed with their selfies, press releases, and likes in their social media bubble, while being utterly incurious about their actual jobs or actual outcomes for actual constituents. And they don't seem to care enough to hide it.
This is why the (corrupt) East is growing and diversifying even as the West spirals into Idiocracy and de-industrialisation.
