I've given up on chopping onions. I haven't chopped onions in at least 10 years and maybe 20. I use onion powder, dried minced onions, or frozen chopped onions in my cooking. That way I have no problems. I don't like massive quantities of onions in foods anyway. A little adds depth of flavor, but I don't care for food that tastes super oniony and I dislike raw onions, so these options work fine for me.

I really enjoyed the style of meditation where the focus wasn't on just not having thoughts, but instead was about focusing on the sensation of vibration within the body around the mantra like aum. I really enjoyed Sadhguru's inner engineering program but your results may vary. To me stretching is very linked to this type of meditation because you can feel more vibrations when you are limber and well stretched!

some weird stuff going on with sticky mute lists on realy was driving me nuts and i dug through the code and found a bit of a problem in the accept event code and commented out a bunch of stuff that seemed to look wrong, and now it's fixed
i also deleted my mute list
mute lists are now all encrypted apparently, thanks for giving us an option you motherfucking asshole client devs
