Polskim rolnikom nakazują złomowanie białoruskich traktorów.
Mińskie Zakłady Traktorowe (MTZ) znane są z produkcji całkiem niezłych, a przede wszystkim znacznie tańszych od zachodniej konkurencji, ciągników, w tym rolniczych.
Od kilku lat jednak mają miejsce usilne próby wyeliminowania ich z rynku europejskiego. Pierwszą przyczyną tych działań jest oczywiście polityka, czyli próba maksymalnego ograniczenia a docelowo eliminacji jakiegokolwiek importu z Białorusi. Jest też jednak inne podłoże – przejęcie rynku przez producentów zachodnich.
Teraz okazuje się, że ponad 7 tysięcy kupionych po 2016 roku przez polskich rolników będzie wyrejestrowane. Rzekomo nie przeszły one procesu homologacji na rynek UE i nie spełniają unijnych norm emisji spalin. Rzecz jednak w tym, że większość z nich nie trafiła na polski rynek bezpośrednio z Białorusi, lecz z Litwy, Węgier i Rumunii, czyli zostały nabyte jako teoretycznie używane w ramach obrotu wewnątrzwspólnotowego. Trafiając do Polski były one zatem zarejestrowane na terenie Unii Europejskiej. Stąd decyzja o konieczności ich wyrejestrowania jest prawnie bardzo wątpliwa.
Jak pisze w swoim oświadczeniu Warmińsko-Mazurska Izba Rolnicza, to ogromny problem dla polskich rolników:
„Dla wielu z nich traktory to podstawowe narzędzia pracy i nabyli je biorąc na to duże kredyty. Utrata sprzętu oznacza dla nich często paraliż gospodarstwa. Dlatego wielu z nich jest w szoku. Łącznie może to dotyczyć nawet 7 tys. ciągników. Dlaczego to rolnicy mają cierpieć za błędy urzędników i sprzedawców?”.
Ministerstwo Infrastruktury zapowiada, że opracuje nowe przepisy dotyczące homologacji i rejestracji pojazdów. Może być już jednak za późno. W imię politycznego konfliktu z Białorusią polskich rolników pozbawia się możliwości zakupu sprzętu znacznie tańszego i konkurencyjnego pod względem parametrów do sprzętu zachodniego. Byłoby to jeszcze jakoś zrozumiałe, gdybyśmy sami byli producentem ciągników. Przypomnijmy jednak, że słynne zakłady Ursusa przejęte zostały niedawno przez szemranego ukraińskiego biznesmena i od dawna nic już nie produkują.
