Zawsze mówiłem że nie należy zaostrzać przepisów i utrudniać życia kierowcom a jedynie wprowadzić restrykcyjne zasady uzyskania prawa jazdy. Gdzie jest powiedziane że każdy chętny musi mieć prawko?

W Chełmie na Lubelszczyźnie doszło do tragicznego wypadku. Samochód, którym jechało 10 młodych ludzi w wieku od 16 do 19 lat, dachował, a dwóch 18-latków zginęło na miejscu. Za kierownicą toyoty avensis combi siedział 19-latek, który był pijany – badanie wykazało ponad 2 promile alkoholu w jego organizmie. Prawo jazdy miał od zaledwie roku.
Według pierwszych ustaleń policji, na prostym odcinku drogi w terenie zabudowanym jechał za szybko, nie dostosowując prędkości do sytuacji na drodze. W efekcie stracił kontrolę nad autem, zjechał z trasy, uderzył w słup latarni, a potem w ogrodzenie posesji, co doprowadziło do przewrócenia się samochodu na dach.
