Lovely question! I like to deploy my colours selectively. IRL can be so flashy.
I think pink is the most complicated. It is such a symbolically heavy colour that it needs to fit. In this cover design, it still tilts towards purple, but it's the closest I've got and illustrates this rather will. The story is inherently about the ghosts of women and girls rebelling against patriarchal oppression spanning decades, so, pink fire.
