中国孩子有多累 高中生学习时间比上班还长
在当前教育体制下，广大的大陆学生每天承受着学习压力又没时间补足睡眠。中国孩子有多累？一项统计显示，中国高中生的周学习时间近60小时，比上班族还多出近11个小时，这也拉高了学生的负面情绪指数。
据腾讯新闻“谷雨数据”报导，中共国家统计局统计数据显示，2023年全国企业就业人员周平均工作时间创下近20年新高达到49小时，位于世界国家前列。然而，北京大学一项中国家庭追踪调查（CFPS）中，2022年，中国高中生的周学习时间为59.7小时，比上班族多出近11个小时，中学生为55.2小时，小学生则为46小时。
这意味着，从小学到高中，孩子们的“工作时间”逐级递增，最终超过了大多数成年人。
《世界日报》报导，北京师范大学中国教育创新研究院院长刘坚表示，如果考虑到投入产出比，中国学生的学习效率实际上处于“全球中等偏下水平”。
更长的学习时间，自然会挤压休闲与睡眠的时间。据中国睡眠研究会发布的“2022中国国民健康睡眠白皮书”，中小学生的实际睡眠时长普遍低于教育部建议标准：小学生平均睡眠时间为7.65小时，远低于建议的10小时；初中生7.48小时，不及建议的9小时；高中生仅有6.5小时，比8小时的标准少了近19%。
中国高中生的心理健康状况不容乐观。调查显示，在抑郁、焦虑、孤独、愤怒等负面情绪指数上，中国学生的数值都明显偏高。其中，抑郁、焦虑情绪一旦持续，发展为病症，便更容易演化为极端行为，这是近两年，多地出现青少年轻生事件的重要诱因。此外，社会竞争氛围、家庭期望值过高、校园人际关系等因素，也在从中作祟。
这样的模式在北方更为普遍。数据显示，全国范围内，华北和东北地区的学习时间普遍偏长。其中，山西以54.49小时位居榜首，重庆、黑龙江、吉林等地紧随其后，都超过了每周50小时。
报为了保持清醒，学生需要采取各种方法：早读时要“直臂高举诵读”，要么站着上课。学校里，学生们总是在奔跑，去教室要跑，上厕所要跑，吃饭也要跑。报导说，学生拿奔跑追赶县城资源的衰落速度，教师拿更多的授课时间体现教育的在场。这是初高中学生学习时长很难减少的原因。
