Em razão disso, a família passou a procurá-lo por diversos meios: acionaram a polícia, fizeram exames de DNA e até participaram de programas de televisão.
Depois de quase três anos desaparecido, Marisvaldo dos Santos Silva foi localizado na Costa Rica — a mais de 5 mil km de Camaçari. Ele ficou todo esse tempo sem dar notícias.
A família foi informada pela Polícia Federal, que identificou Marisvaldo ao tentar entrar na Costa Rica sem documentos. Desde então, o Ministério das Relações Exteriores tem trabalhado para repatriá-lo.
Expectativas para a chegada do brasileiro
Segundo informações do portal g1, ele chegará ao Aeroporto de Guarulhos neste domingo, 20, e viajará de ônibus até a Bahia.
Não é a primeira vez que Marisvaldo desaparece. Em 2020, ele também deixou a casa de bicicleta e foi encontrado dias depois no Estado do Espírito Santo.
