It’s okay to acknowledge the long-term impact our households had on us growing up. That doesn't mean we don't love our parents - it’s not about blame or resentment. It’s about understanding.
Most parents did their best with what they knew - some were flawless, some were so caught in their own pain that they passed it on, even when they didn’t mean to. And some, did things no child should ever have to go through.
It can be complicated, but is real, and it all shaped us.
At bird's eye view, I remember my childhood to be happy, but don't start digging! 😂
I’ve heard people say, “becoming a parent helps you fix yourself.” And sure, for some, that’s true. But in the wrong hands, that approach doesn’t work. I know from experience not everyone changes when they have children.
One changes, one becomes better, when one wants to change - no more, no less.
Bottom line is, we didn’t choose the environment we were raised in, but now we get to choose differently for ourselves, our surroundings, and those who'll come after us - acknowledging that impact and taking the hang of it, is a big part of it 💜

Bistek
Ingredients:
1 lb Beef
5 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Lemon
3 cloves Garlic
3 parts Onion
4 tbs Olive Oil
1 cup Water
1 pinch Salt
Instructions:
0. Marinate beef in soy sauce, lemon (or calamansi), and ground black pepper for at least 1 hour. Note: marinate overnight for best result
1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan then pan-fry half of the onions until the texture becomes soft. Set aside
2. Drain the marinade from the beef. Set it aside. Pan-fry the beef on the same pan where the onions were fried for 1 minute per side. Remove from the pan. Set aside
3. Add more oil if needed. Saute garlic and remaining raw onions until onion softens.
4. Pour the remaining marinade and water. Bring to a boil.
5. Add beef. Cover the pan and simmer until the meat is tender. Note: Add water as needed.
6. Season with ground black pepper and salt as needed. Top with pan-fried onions.
7. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot. Share and Enjoy!

What you are describing is called "covenants". There have been proposals on different ways to support this.
Technically we already have a little control, we can specify a time period when a spend is not allowed, a timelock.
Lightning kind of simulates this by making you and a partner pre-agree where funds should go and then once funds are sent, as long as you never cooperate to change it, the funds can only go there. However this also limits the amounts, so whenever you use a lightning channel, you have to keep updating that agreement to update the amounts and when you close the channel, you can usually cooperatively close it and decide how much to send where together at the time of spending.
But your specific example of enforcing where or what type of address the funds can move to enforced by the chain (rather than a presigned transaction backed agreement), that does not exist yet.
Proposals include OP_CTV, OP_CAT, and possibly others.
Also checkout Liana Wallet by Wizardsardine. They have some interesting features that work today giving you a layered security model around timelocks mostly.
