Justiça bloqueia bens de Crivella por suspeita de irregularidades na pandemia
A Justiça do Rio de Janeiro determinou o bloqueio de até R$ 50,5 milhões em bens do ex-prefeito da capital fluminense https://revistaoeste.com/politica/crivella-e-condenado-pela-justica-eleitoral-e-fica-inelegivel-ate-2028/
. A decisão, em caráter liminar, surgiu nesta segunda-feira, 12. A responsável é a 3ª Vara da Fazenda Pública da Capital, atendendo a um pedido do Ministério Público do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ).
Crivella recebeu a acusação de cometer principalmente improbidade administrativa e de causar prejuízos à administração pública com contratos firmados durante a https://revistaoeste.com/politica/oposicao-protocola-pedido-de-cpi-dos-respiradores/
. Segundo o MPRJ, houve direcionamento em processos de licitação e dispensa de licitação envolvendo a empresa chinesa China Meheco.
Justiça vê prejuízo em contratos emergenciais
De acordo com auditorias realizadas pelo Tribunal de Contas do Município (TCM-RJ), os contratos resultaram em um prejuízo de R$ 68 milhões. As perdas envolvem compra de equipamentos médicos além da necessidade da rede pública, variações cambiais desfavoráveis e, da mesma forma, sobrepreço nas aquisições emergenciais.
Além de Crivella, também tiveram bens bloqueados a ex-secretária municipal de Saúde Ana Beatriz Busch Araújo, e o ex-subsecretário Ivo Remuszka Junior. A mesma situação se aplica à empresa China Meheco Corporation, fornecedora dos equipamentos,
Empresas e empresários também são alvos
Outros nomes também integram a decisão judicial. A indisponibilidade de bens se estende aos empresários Bruno Cavalcanti e Bing Changbao. Do mesmo modo, constam no processo as empresas Z Fu Consultoria Empresarial, Mayers Participações e Marzuk Projetos Especiais. Os valores bloqueados variam de R$ 355 mil a R$ 36,9 milhões por réu.
A defesa de Crivella afirmou que “soube da decisão da Justiça pela mídia” e que aguarda a notificação oficial para apresentar recurso. O ex-prefeito disse que, ao contrário de outras capitais, o Rio de Janeiro já contava com estrutura hospitalar reforçada no início da crise sanitária. “O Rio de Janeiro foi a única cidade do mundo que, em plena pandemia, já tinha 27 tomógrafos, 800 respiradores e 2 mil monitores”.

Segundo ele, a administração adquiriu os equipamentos um ano antes da pandemia. Os preços seriam inferiores aos de 2020, quando a demanda global elevou os valores e reduziu a oferta. Crivella destacou principalmente a construção de um hospital de campanha com 500 leitos. Nele, havia 100 estações de UTI, que teriam permitido à cidade auxiliar outras 26 localidades no enfrentamento à covid-19.

Spent some time trying to work out what material to use to cover the miner compartment...
After some thinking and research, I opted for 2 layers of mass loaded vinyl and some fire retardant plastic sandwiched in-between the vinyl. This gives a nice combo of weight, flexibility and sturdiness. These three layers were glued together and wrapped with metal tape to improve its heat/fire resistance. I then glued on some of that black fabric onto the rectangle cover.
Like the prior posts, the surrounding foam was covered with the black fabric and it is removable in case I need to access the wires underneath.
All of this is in the middle section of unit (where the miner sits).
