I used the term generally, every Nostr relays is in the business in content delivery.
Maybe I should have said "hosting" instead. In that sense Google Drive is an example. I don't have any better recommendations, I usually just run a server on my own cheap VPS, and these VPSs don't charge based on download, but I am sure they limit it, but these limits are usually way more than my needs, and I prefer this fixed price model.
