正常情况下死和死缓是自由裁量权，上级法院不会为了这个细节去改判的。如果此案提起再审了，并且最高法院直接介入，改判死刑立刻执行，那就说明她们的后台只可能是那个人了。法律对她们不利时，她们是可以修改规则的。
