Oh it is fixable alright. If half of them die and the rest will be forced to rely on men providing for them as sugar daddy state and all the DEI programs allowing them to have cushy, well paid jobs crumble to dust as society globally reverts backwards about 200 years around the end of this decade.
Within the current socio-cultural paradigm it is not fixable though.
