VED from April, if I have to rapid charge that costs more per mile than petrol.
Insurance is about the same though.
As odd as it sounds if I had to commute to a workplace I'd save more from doing more miles where the saving justifies it better.
I've lost a ton in depreciation though.

Reddit confirms that this app is buggy and for a LOT of people this same thing is happening. It works with Apple/Google Pay and erratically otherwise. I tell her the news, suggest she call her congressman's office (she's a former legislator, she knows him) and confirm she even needs this. If she does, maybe they can help or she can come back next week and we can try again before she leaves. I ask her to send me a postcard.
Not a bad day, I went 5 for 6 and Reddit went 2 for 2. EOM.
